Got Consent?

Consent:

  • Is enthusiastic & ongoing​

  • Must be given​

  • Can be withdrawn at any point​

Remember:

  • Only YES means yes​

  • Coercion is not consent (asking over and over, manipulating, guilting etc.)

  • Highly intoxicated persons can not consent​

  • People who are sleeping or unconscious can not consent​

  • “Stealthing” (removing a condom without consent)​ IS sexual assault
